Our wine list features a carefully curated selection of local and international wines, with a focus on sustainable viticulture and organic growing practices. From easy-drinking “fun juices” to more serious gems, we love great wine—and we love sharing that passion.
Not a wine drinker? We also offer a strong selection of local beers, alongside a cocktail list that leans into the classics, each with our own Highwater twist, plus a thoughtful range of non-alcoholic options.
Coffee is supplied by our friends at Rich coffee, who are passionate about quality and craft.
Our beautiful bar is kept mostly unreserved and is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink any time we’re open.
